    Aims and Objectives: PAKT is a grassroots, family led initiative. The family, in all its shapes, is absolutely central to the development of a PAKT project. An important factor which distinguishes PAKT from any other programmes is its concentration on relationships between parents and children within the family unit. KEY ASPECTS *PAKT involves parents and children working together, both in individual and joint activities. *It requires the involvement of parents, not as passive observers but as active participants. *It is an integrated programme that seeks to contribute to the spiritual, physical, intellectual and social development of children and their parents.
