Aims and Objectives: To tackle specific problems encountered by adolescents living in Lower North Belfast, in particular those involved in, or at risk from, alcohol and drug abuse and the asssociated anti -social behaviour by providing a safe environment and youth friendly facilities. We do this by prevention and intervention and by programmes tailored to meet the relevant needs. Although based on Christian principles, we have recognised the necessity to meet the needs of young people on their terms and without criticism. We work to create opportunities which will enable these young people to gain the knowledge, skills and the positive mindset they require to fulfill their full potential and to assist them while they manage the transition to adulthood.

Aims and Objectives: The Give & Take Scheme provides specialised support for socially excluded young people or at risk young people (aged 16-21 ) who are unable to participate in mainstream employment /training and education. Our two main aims are to improve long term employability and raise confidence/self esteem of our young people. We offer a wide range of programmes aimed at meeting the personal, social, educational and recreational needs of young people.

Aims and Objectives: PAKT is a grassroots, family led initiative. The family, in all its shapes, is absolutely central to the development of a PAKT project. An important factor which distinguishes PAKT from any other programmes is its concentration on relationships between parents and children within the family unit. KEY ASPECTS *PAKT involves parents and children working together, both in individual and joint activities. *It requires the involvement of parents, not as passive observers but as active participants. *It is an integrated programme that seeks to contribute to the spiritual, physical, intellectual and social development of children and their parents.
