| Programme Outline: | Youth Support is a community based programme that aims to support young people aged 10 - 17 years who are having difficulties at home, school and/or in the local community. The programme will offer each young person a combination of activity sessions, day trips, residentials, group and individual work to provide support and explore difficulties they may be experiencing. |
