Include Youth

Deborah has been a Training Officer for Include Youth since June 2008. She is responsible for delivering the 'Getting Ahead' programme (all over NI) which is a 12 week accredited personal development course which supports marginalised young people to develop employment and training skills and increase self-esteem. Deborah also provides one-to-one mentoring with marginalised and challenging yougn people all over Northern Ireland.
