Temporary Policy Manager


Policy Manager - temporary – 1 year (Ref:PM09)

Include Youth promotes and actively works to enhance best practice with young people at risk of social exclusion.  We require an experienced manager to oversee our policy advocacy which will include project management and leading Include Youth’s public affairs work.

We are seeking a manager to cover the temporary absence of the current post holder and a secondment would be welcome.  This post will be suitable for someone who has a passion for the rights and needs of NI’s most challenging young people.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience in policy development, lobbying, user involvement and an understanding of the community sector as well as a third level qualification in a social science.

Salary:            £35,848

Contract:         1 year (secondments would be welcome)
