Personal Development/Mentoring Worker Ref: PDM10
Salary: £24,646 Duration: 4 1/2 Years
We are seeking to recruit a worker based in Derry.
The successful candidate will be required to work with young people to ensure
that their personal development needs are being met through group work,
mentoring or one to one work. Additionally they will recruit, train and support
volunteer mentors as well as liaise with key professionals.
They will be experienced in working with marginalised young people and will have
a third level qualification in either social work, youth work, teaching or a related
discipline. They will also have knowledge of volunteer mentoring.
